Every bags provided by us are rigorously quality checked before delivering to you. Like every buyers, we treasure genuineness and proper workmanship. We want to make sure that you have a great working product.
Heatbox Singapore offers a 30 days limited warranty on all our bags against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers any defect(s) due to faulty workmanship or materials in the bags.
Not applicable to add-ons (such as cup holders, dividers or anti-spillage covers). In rare case of a fault, this product will be replaced without charge.
This warranty does not cover
We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, we will not be liable for any amount exceeding the price of the product.
In order to be eligible under this warranty, purchaser must present acceptable proof of original ownership (official receipt) and the product.
To make a claim, please write to us at heatboxsg@gmail.com to fix an appointment. Exchanges can only be made on scheduled timing (physical presence needed) at the following address:

We reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. The standard turnaround time is 15 working days. You shall bear the transport and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you.
Do note that purchases are limited to 1 time exchange only.
If in any case where claims is approved and item is not available in stock, we will replace with an available product of similar feature and value.
In event of refund (if applicable), the final refunded value will be based on the (price paid for the product - (delivery fee + platform handling charges (3.2%+$0.50) )
Should there be any dispute or disagreement, our decisions on claims and exchanges are final.
