For large orders / corporate orders, delivery cost will be communicated to you separately based on volumetric weight.

Our delivery are fulfilled by commercial logistic companies. No delivery to restricted areas or premises that required security clearances/passes or waiting. Customers are to advice on alternatives.

For residential addresses, doorstep delivery is straightforward.  

To ensure that all item sold to you are brand new and unused, exchange or refund is not allowed unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

We take quality very seriously. All items are 100% quality checked and test free from defects before sending out to you.

All bags purchased from us are guaranteed with a 30 days limited warranty against manufacturing defects or worksmanship. Read more..
